Both natives of Anderson, South Carolina, Nancy Jo Thomason and Christopher Pracht are pleased to offer their combined extensive legal knowledge and skill to both Anderson and the entire Upstate region. Having grown up here and spent most of their adult lives here, they understand our local history and the ever changing landscape of our community. They both attended public schools here in Anderson, completed their education in state at The University of South Carolina, College of Charleston, and the Charleston School of Law respectively. Their combined experience allows them to quickly and effectively analyze all types of cases. Previously, both lawyers experienced success individually and now that they have joined their law practices are able to provide more comprehensive advice and counsel in a number of areas of the law.
Nancy Jo enjoys representing people in family court and criminal court. “I am helping people get through some of the toughest times in their lives. It is emotional and difficult. But there is nothing more satisfying than getting a hug from a client at the end of the case because they knew I was fighting right beside them the whole time.”
Christopher has a talent for taking on new challenges and being successful with them. “My goal is always to get the best results for the client. Everything else comes second. Can Christopher Pracht improve your position? Together, we will seek to answer that question from the very first consultation. Often times the solution to a legal issue is not readily available. We are very proud of the network of legal professionals, experts, and other resources which help us answer the tough questions which may be present in your case. Lastly, we strive to fully inform our clients to the fullest extent possible because we believe that achieving top notch results begins with a client that truly understands his or her case.”
Christopher and Nancy Jo have also put together a top notch team of assistants and paralegals to make sure that you receive quality assistance at every step. Their support staff has over 40 years of experience combined.
